Why doesn’t the rank up filter work?

Can someone please explain why the rank up filter in the Champions section doesn’t work? If I want to filter only champions that I can rank up...I can’t. It shows everyone...or more people than can be ranked up.

    Rank up means anyone who is not maxed. Even if you don’t have the resources it still shows anyone who can be ranked

    Actually means only those who are at MAX LEVEL within their rank (and not at max rank), so it should be showing you anybody who is eligible to be ranked-up (as opposed to those who are at anywhere from a level-1 up to short of max level, which would be filtered by “Level Up”).

    Has no bearing however on whether you actually have the necessary resources to accomplish such a Rank Up.

    And disagree with the immediately prior “worst implemented” response. It is a welcome addition.

    Because it's broken. Kabam is too busy "rebalancing" strong champs to worry about broken filters or gameplay. Stop being so selfish!

    So what’s actually “broken” about it showing all champs that are at the LEVEL that is needed in order to be RANKED UP to the next Rank ? ie (for 4*) all of your 1/10, 2/20, 3/30, and 4/40. But not your 5/50 or base 1/1 or any other partially-Leveled champs like 4/15.

    If you want it to ONLY show you those champs whom you actually have the necessary Class Catalysts (or other such) to Rankup, that would be wrong because when filtered you would not see those other champs to know that you should be on the lookout for those needed Class Cats (it would appear as if you didn’t have anybody left in those lower ranks to rankup anymore, which would not be true).

    Sadly, it's not broken because it works the way it should.

    Should be an additional filter (blue diamond only) to only show champs you have enough catalyst to rank up. That way you have option of making choice from a smaller list.
