Morningstar after sp3 soul capture counter charges just keep doping not possible to gain soul

Please help me on this issue. They don't hold at all. keep dropping fast even if not hit taken.
Its not possible to capture soul.

If you have any DOT active, she will drop the the soul charges.
And as i can see, you are running suicide. So, poison is causing the drop of charges.
Try it without suicide and see.
