You need it for suicides IMO, also is OR still supposed to take bleed damage feom enhanced bleed nodes with 1 in coag?

It depends of the percent stacks. OR takes 90% less bleed damage. So if it does then its 0 but if not then its 10% less after the 90%, so if he takes 10 bleed after the 90% reduction then the 10% less makes it 10% less of 10 a tick making it 9.
