Serious question about the new boosts.

Will the new boosts work in war defence or will they only work for attack. So for example if I apply a boost would my defender also gain that boost or will they be locked in as is once placed?

I don't know but I would say just for attack since they only last for 3 minutes

Yeah I had the same thought as you but figured it would be nice to have clarification just in case
