I have the resources to take g2099 from r2 to r5. Is he worth the catalysts and is she worth a generic ag ,class, or none

    First of all, Guillotine 2099 is a 'she'. For the rank up, she's definitely R5 worthy, great amount of utility and limitless damage.

    She doesn't need her awakened ability, save both your tech and generic awakening gem for someone else. Take her up to R5 unawakened.
