Customer Service

I have sent multiple letters to the supposed customer service at Kabam and all I get is a generic response that has nothing to do with what I sent. They even sent the exact same letter to me when I sent a follow up talking about their pathetic generic letters.

Is there anyway to actually talk to a person so I can happily express my dissatisfaction with the way this game has plummeted? Or am I just going to have to delete and move on?

    Ive never seen anyone come up with a way around this. This is why many come to the forums or alliance members for help and advice. Very hard to get help from customer service and tickets are closed before they even touch base on what your issue is.

    My guess is that customer service is outsourced and they don't know the game because it's horrible. Seems their job is to outlast the complaint if it pertains to actual reimbursement.

    Reminds me of years back when I used to call tech support about computer issues and the person on the other line new less than me. They just read possible solutions from a book and never helped solve the problem.

    You can send E-mail to them. You can find it in the playstore or wherever you download apps. They should have contact info.

    Its pointless. Tried to figure out issues but they are completely useless.

    So....the issue is you can't get a straight answer from a complaint about the game in general?

    Ask a question on the forums and you will get told the forums aren't for questions and you need to put in a ticket and your post will get locked.

    Put in a ticket you will get a bot generated response that has nothing to do with your question and your case will get closed before you can even respond again.

    Netmarble bought Kabam with no intention to ever provide customer service. Gone are the days of even getting the simple questions answered.
