Mojo’s Buff Reduction Present Absent His Anti-Life Field

Mojo’s ability to reduce Buff duration by 90% while his Anti-Life Field is active appears to be permanently stacking with the Claire Voyant and Ghost Rider synergy (available with 5*+ CV) which reduces Buff duration by 30%.
In multiple CCP videos Mojo is shown to, at times, reduce buff duration by 100% when he should, by description, be reducing the duration by only the 30% from the Claire Voyant synergy.
First video, at 1:39, 2:13, 2:48, 3:13, 3:47, 3:56, 4:04, 4:38, 4:46, 4:55, and 5:36, Mojo is reducing buff duration to zero absent his Anti-Life Field.

Second video, at the start of the fight you can see the proper Buff Duration reduction but after the first activation of Anti-Life Field subsequent Buffs have zero duration in spite of the Anti-Life Field being absent at 3:54, 4:25, 4:57, 6:36, and 6:45.
