Web Portal/Webpage To View and Organize Champ Data

I originally posted a suggestion about making a public API, but then realized that wouldn't appeal to as many people, since not everyone would be interested in the data in that way.
I know there is a good amount of interest in seeing your whole collection of champs, though. And if the data was presented on a simple webpage, where you could type in your username and view some basic information about your champs, alot of developers could use that data to provide even more useful information for the community.
As I stated in my other post, the benefits would include:
- automated tracking of alliance progress (as an alliance leader)
- the ability to create tools to let you know who has priority to rank next, and who needs sig stones
- so much more, data is a beautiful thing.
I think alot of people would benefit greatly just from making champ data for a given user available on the web.
