Not receiving shattered heart shards & crystals

I've ran through many of the objectives and side quests in the past 48 hours. I've received zero fully formed shattered heart crystals and the shards in the crystals tab are not adding up to the expected amount.

Just ran through normal difficulty of the side quest... 100% quest 1 and 2 = 700 shards and my crystal shard amount in the crystal tab only went up 100 shards.

I'm guessing I'm not the only one and makes these events even more useless if we're not even getting the flipping rewards!

Please advise, restarting the app does nothing.

Hey there, if you believe you haven't received the correct amount of shards, you can contact our Support Team so they can look into that. You can reach them from the game's home screen by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the screen and then scrolling down to the button labeled "Support".
