Not officially supported

Me and some of my friends have devices that are not “officially” supported. It causes glitches and low performance, is there any way to fix this? (We’ve already tried updating the iOS)

Unless you have very “off-brand” phones that are not too common, and therefore were not tested..
The most likely issue is that the phones are old and too slow, so no matter what version of OS you can put on them it will not solve the issue of just plain slowness of the device and/or graphics.
And most of the time the manufacturer/OS stops supporting further OS upgrades to those devices too after some point.

That's why the devices would be having problems.

I also had an unsupported device for a couple of years. It had its own problems, like specific champions crashing the game everytime they would appear on the screen. This lasted for something between 3-4 years, and you can guess it was never fixed.

Eventually the game stopped support my device OS version, so that will eventually happen to you as well at some point
