My parker bucks went negative 9999.
During game play I was doing laundry. Paused to put clothes from washer to dryer. After which returned to play and cellphone screen was frozen. I tapped on screen repeatedly. Nothing happened. Closed the cellphone and reopened. Still stuck of MCOC. Again closed cell and reopened this time quickly swiping on screen left side android note 9. Which gives option to close all open apps. Which I had Pandora, internet MCOC, calendar and calculator.
Upon reopening MCOC I received message purchase was successful. No biggy.
Wrong I checked bank and it was for $ 99.99. Which I wouldn't do.
I tried to contact support through app. But the button doesn't work in game. My original email. 1gfgonzales@gmail.com. but no longer can access this email. So I applied my new email. 1gfog13@gmail.com- game name. 13DUDE31. The purchase was for 3400 parker bucks. Which I did not spend. I waited till my money was returned from Google because I couldn't contact support with kabaam.
Which is why I'm using this mode of contact. Hopefully kabaam will contact me. Fix the in game support button and adjust the parker bucks accordingly.
All this time I have complained how greedy this game is and unfair for nerfing champions after grinding out game to build them.
Now this. Only makes me wonder on the integrity of MCOC.
How can I change my email in kabaam. I did mention to google that I bought parker bucks from Kaboom. Which was not correct just I was frustrated and misspelled kabaam. It should all be in your servers. Of purchase because it happened during my game play either 3vs3. Or the hearts crystal arena. Please help.
