Stealth Spidey Slow debuff not working in war

Hi there,
Can anyone shed some light on the video below.
I'm using stealth spidey in war and have web foam active.. however thing is still able to activate his unstoppable buff.. also the node unstoppable buff activates as well.

In the description for stealthy it states that his slow debuff will reduce the ability accuracy of unstoppable and evade by 100%.



Is this another case like parry where the tooltip is not accurate and does not work in game as described?
Any insight would be appreciated.

Here's a vid of someone using She Hulk for the fight after I failed.. maybe i was experiencing a visual bug as once she hulk applied the slow debuff.. the unstoppable buff did not appear.
