Energy refills and XP boosts

Is their any quests I can farm to get energy refills as I don`t really want to spend units as I am saving up for my masteries. Also I currently have a decent stock of 6-7 XP boosts (6 lesser 7 normal I have been saving for percentage completion of 4.2 but the lesser only last 1 hour so is their any way to grind some aside from solo crystals. i dont have enough free time to be able to efficiently use a normal as it lasts 12 hours can anyone help. FYI I am currently level 43 but want to have willpower and maybe get suicides before I go to uncollected so I need to level up to get the mastery points I need.
