What are some good and bad matches in terms of power level in MCOC and comics?

For example Nick Fury is arguably a beyond god tier (omega/beyond omega level in comics terms) in MCOC. But in comics, generally he is just
.. a guy (well he is the first super soldier and maybe very old but still, just a guy). This is an example of a bad match.
For some actual good matches, both in MCOC and in comics Dr Doom, Hyperion, Void are omega / beyond omega level characters.
What are some characters I am missing?

The whole point of a fighting game is to compress the strengths of the competition into a relatively narrow range so most match ups are at least relatively fair. In a straight up fight with no global or node buffs to tip the balance pretty much every champion can beat every other champion. Some are stronger and some are weaker in straight up fights, but you hand me any champ and put me up against any other champ at equal rating, and I'll win most of the time even with hard-mode AI settings. In fact, that's pretty much what every arena grinder does every day.
Compared to their powers and abilities in the comics, practically every champion in MCOC from Corvus Glaive to Cyclops has about the same combat effectiveness as, well, Cyclops has in the comics. People say that compared to the comics Sentry is lame, but compared to the comics Void is lame also. Doom and Hyperion are also lame. They have to be, for them to exist in a game. In the comics Elektra isn't bringing down Hyperion. But in MCOC Hyperion needs a lot of help just to make him a reasonable challenge against a player using Elektra.
Also keep in mind that none of the champions in MCOC are direct analogs of their Marvel 616 counterparts. The Marvel in-game fiction is that all of the champions that exist on Battlerealm are infused with ISO-8, which is kind of like the MCOC equivalent of the power cosmic in the normal Marvel universe. Every champion has been turned into a cosmic empowered fighter of roughly equal strength. That's why champions like Ghost Rider and Dormammu cannot access all of the powers they might have on Earth-616, and why champions like the Punisher can defeat Superior Iron Man. So when you say that in the comics Nick Fury is "just a guy" that's not the Nick Fury that exists in MCOC. MCOC is closer to what would happen if Galactus made simulacrums of all the Marvel characters, imbued them with the power cosmic, and had them fight for his amusement.
Comics: Omnipotent
Mcoc: mmmk
Other than him, I find it really funny that Ghost is so powerful in game since in the comics he (I looked up Ghost just now to confirm my assessment of their power level and it turns out that the Ghost in the comics is a dude) really isn't all that powerful
