Which skill 5* champ to rank up to R4?

Both are unawakened by the way. Also, I have completed Act 4 but not fully explored it. Am wondering whether to start with Act 5 or try fully exploring Act 4 first.

I think you could 100% act4 by just using Blade.
Anyways, if you have a good roaster I’d try uncollected first.
