When Do Dungeons Return?

I am close to 27K artifact shards but when will dungeons return? If they are not returning and with artifacts then I will spend mine on a basic 5* crystal.

Dungeons typically come the last 2 weeks of every month to give players time to 100% the EQ. Given the trend, dungeons probably won’t come back until the week of March 16th.
