It is saying my 3 star unawakened archangel has a 0% chance to poison and a -40% for the sp2 please fix it soon as he has turned mediocre now

It has always like that and is supposed to be like that.
Read his abilities. For every bleed he has a 25% chance to poison the enemy.
So you need bleeds to make the enemy poisoned on special 1, and you need at least 2 bleeds to make them poison on your special 2 (-40 + 25 + 25 = 10%).
