Should i complete act 4 100% for that t2 alpha

That's not really a question we can answer. If you really need the T2A, then do it but keep in mind Act 4 is very tedious and energy consuming. The Awakening Gem and Shards can also be an added bonus.

T2As are required to rank up 5* champs to rank 4 or higher. If you can complete act 4 then go for it.
