Game crash/progress lost

I got hit with the spinning wheel of death after beating the Quake in UC monthly. I got disconnected, and once I was able to get back in I lost my progress and my energy. Not sure if this is something that can be fixed, or if I should just go back in

    That happened to me on lines in the sand for act 5 . I did arena for units to come back and find all my progress was lost
