I have both at 4/40..mordo is my top champ followed by cap ww2 and vision aou at 4/40..i should say both coz both are useful in their own ways

Cap if u ever dupe him
Mordo is fine without any dupe

Mordor is good for both Attack and defence.

Tough choice! Can't go wrong with either. Astral evade is great, though, ticks him ahead by a bit for me.... Unless you already have a 4/40 mystic.
