Also, I'm going for a featured today to try and get doom, and in the off chance I pull him, i have the resources to take him up to r4. Should I?

Sparky definitely. He will help you clear a ton of content. He’s not my favorite to use, but I can recognize he still has a lot of use in the game 👍
