This Time, Last Year - A year of progression

This time last year (or a couple days before, I can't remember), I had starting playing the game again after deleting it in 2017. I still had a 1* as my best champ, so I always count 2019 as my first time playing.
On this very day, International Women's Day, I had received an ultimate crystal. This would have given me my first 3*, which would have helped immensely, but... I got a 4* Angela! (if you're wondering about my first 3*, it was a Magneto Marvel Now)
This boosted my progression like crazy, making it so easy to go from Act 1 to Act 3.
The event that was going on during then was the Captain Marvel movie event, which had a store where you could buy 4*'s. I had gotten 2 4*'s from this event, which was an Archangel (my MVP) and Taskmaster. By this time, I had beaten Act 3 and was just 100% it before I tried Act 4.
I then spent most of my time doing arenas, trying to hit the milestone of 2 mil, which usually gives you the basic champ. My first ever basic arena champ was Juggernaut. I didn't know that he was trash at the time, so I liked him at the time.
My first 5* was also a King Groot. It was sad.
Then it was just about building 4*'s and going through Act 4. This took a while as event quests had become a priority. During the Sunspot/Warlock event, I had completed and 100% my first Master difficulty event quest.
By November, I had finished Act 4, and was rushing through Act 5. I hit a wall at 5.2.4 for a while, but a 4* Sabretooth from a mutant Grandmaster, with a 5* Killmonger helped me through it.
By mid December, I had earned my Uncollected title, with Angela earning the K.O, and by January, I had gotten my best 5*, Captain Marvel Movie.
Maybe like a month after that I began going through 5.3, since my friend was progressing and I didn't want to be left behind. By the end of January, I beat 5.4 Ultron with only one revive. Still proud of that!
That gave me enough 6* shards for my first 6*, but I waited until I met my friends and opened it, which gave me an Emma Frost! She's not always on my main team, but whenever I see Biohazard, I choose her straight away.
Nowadays, I'm trying to slow down, and focus on my work rather than the game, but I still manage to play a little too much.
Today, my 4* Angela sits at r4, but I still use her from time to time. But it's amazing to see how far you can get in the game in just a year.
Here's hoping to more good luck today!

And Emma is great champ learn to use her. Her special 2 can finishes the fights quickly
These are the highlights. There was also a 5* duped Namor and 5* Cull, but sold those.
I'm wondering, how much do you spend?
