Cant purchase legendary crystal after buying sigil

I can't purchase legendary crystal from black iso market..the counter should be 1..however it is showing to be zero..I pursued sigil just to get a chance at a 5 star..plz look into it..

    Legendary crystal is terrible value out of everything else in there unless they slashed the price since I last looked

    Are you cavalier and or have 4k 4* shards? Either way the value is garbage and I wouldn't recommend buying it
