OG Vision SP1 a contact attack?

Hi.
In AW I fought with OG Vision against Psychic Torns. It says no contact attack should grant health back.
But I got zero from Visions SP1... can anyone explain why this is a contact attack?

    It’s not a contact attack but you heal based on damage dealt, vision’s s1 and 2 don’t deal damage themselves, they deal it as a burst of direct damage based on the power drain, which in this sense functions like a damage over time sort of thing, and is therefore not damage if the non contact attack and won’t heal you
