Medusa Nerf or just glitch?

Why is Ultron getting power even though he is armour shattered by medusa? I have the video evidence but it doesn't let me upload it. It shows "file format not supported". Anyone has any leads on this issue?

I’d suggest using the search tool as this has been asked a lot of times now, power focus node increases ultron’s power by 60%, bringing it to 160%, medusa reduces this by 100% and he is therefore left with 60% power gain
