I suspect it's because it's new, and many people have jumped off the Arenas on Sundays. It may take some time before the numbers increase. Although, judging from what I've seen, the Arenas are lowering in general.

I did 5.2 Million and got 1512 rank

Bear in mind people are burnt out from Ægon arenas for this week

4.2-5M usually gets the 4* crystal and 1k 5* shards.

4m upwards get 1-10% from my experience. Under 4 and you might drop into 11-30%
