Let me start off by saying this is my first post on the forums so please let me know if i'm doing anything wrong.
There was an in game mail a couple days ago reminding everyone that alliance war would be inactive for an extended period of time, and to make up for that, aq timers would be reduced, map costs would be free, and ALL OF ACT 4 WOULD HAVE THE ENRGY REDUCED FROM 3 TO 2. The changes were supposed to take place today. I've been playing for a couple hours now, and the energy cost is still 3 for every space. I know there is a time-zone difference, so I was wondering if this is one of those things that doesn't activate until a certain time. If someone could let me know when these changes are supposed to activate, I would really appreciate that, because I have been chasing energy refills in preparation, and i don't want to waste them.
