Crystal opening (CRYSTAL PHOBIA)

Over the previous months kabaam issued multiple messages about the increase of champions in various pools but all my crystal opening have been duplicates, how can this be?6,5,4,3 all dupes with multiple opening how is this possible if the crystals are random??? Not opening any more hero crystals."Crystalphobia"

    I guess it just depends on what you need. I needed iso really really baaaaaaaad, kept getting new champs over and over , 4-5*..all new. I have over 70 5*’s and still ended up with new for a while.

    What is not opening anymore crystals supposed to do?
    Also Random doesn't mean after 10 or so dupes that you're guaranteed a new Champion, it's called Random for a reason...
