Is gassed and spry bugged?

I have no clue what’s going on with this node. On 6.4.5 there is a spry and gassed path with mix master. I did the first 5 fights easy, and then NC was the next fight. I brought Cap IW, alternating between parry medium and parry heavy to avoid mix master. He sometimes placed a fatigue on me while still under parry stun, and he never evaded me once. I tried with multiple champs. I took in she hulk, got slow on him, and he still got a fatigue on him (he couldn’t evade and he didn’t). This has to be bugged
