Map 4 alliance recruiting

T.C.I is recruiting. About us:
5.7m alliance.
We are mix of older players tired of grind/donations of map 5, 2nd accounts, and newer players looking to advance from map 3.
Aq- we run map 4
Aw- tier 6-9 range normally (currently 7)
Donations - 55k gold, 3500 loyalty to cover map 4
Mins- 10k completion (always get 4* shards), no min on item use, but we usually get the 4* shards.
What we are looking for:
-must have line
-Ideally 11 r4 4* (aq/aw attack teams & def) but it isn't a deal breaker as long as you are actively working on improving roster.
-active people. At the very least we expect people to check in a couple times a day for aq.
