Cost for starting each AQ Map?

Any chance anyone has a link to the breakdown for what it costs to start each AQ map each day? I can't seem to find it anywhere.

    This is from last year's Update for AQ Costs, but hasn’t changed since then and does not seem to be changing for upcoming new AQ with DOOM as new Boss...

    Look at the “New Cost” (as in last year) column for each, and remember that is divided up for a Per-BG Cost of 25%, 50%, 25% of those Total Costs listed.
