Any chance of an update on timelines around Cull/Namor?

Hello,
I know the thread was closed on this, but I am wondering if we could get an update on the status of the Cull/Namor refunds.
To my knowledge the only communication was an in game message that only went to select players, and the timeline in that message was that it would be done "before the end of the week" (last week).
Can we safely assume that all materials have now been adjusted appropriately so that we can continue with rank up decisions on our account?
