If I got more tier 5 basic catalyst fragments than the required to form next tier 5 basic catalyst then what will happen to the remaining tier 5 basic catalyst fragments, will they vanish or will stay in stash??

Same thing that will happen to your T4Cosmic (or any other one you have exceeded max storage). Once at max storage, and then once you actually hit the fully formed point for the NEXT Cat, that next Cat will go (fully formed) into your Stash.

So you are actually 52,000 fragments away from having to worry about a whole T5Basic being put into Stash.
