Namor/Cull rank up

With the free dupes of Namor/ Cull being removed, will we receive rank up materials back? I’m sure a lot of people would never have ranked up these champions if not for the dupe. Not looking for compensation just an answer of what to expect.

I doubt it. They took back my dupe and sig stones and left him leveled up. So unless they r going back into every persons accounts a third time I think ppl are just out of luck on getting those resources returned again.
