Diablo Special Ability not working

I've already reached out to the support team about this directly, but wanted to see if others are experiencing the same issue. I have several versions of Diablo, all duped, and none of them can activate his Concoction Brewing ability. Anyone else have this issue with Diablo?

    I've read and reread how to activate concoction brewing to make sure I'm doing the right thing. I've recorded videos and submitted them to the support team. Unfortunately, they never indicated whether it was a common issue or not.

    And no, I don't use Diablo a great deal. But when I have occasion to use him (in PVP), I'd like him to work properly.
