WTF Kabam. You Nerfed Nebula

Before update Nebula stacked 20 shocks and then with sp2 would double to 40. Now you do sp2 and it cancels out the shocks entirely.

What happens to your beta testers. They don't test all champs before releasing. Come on.

    ...and Kabam has bugged Voodoo yet again ...

    It's like they never want my Voodoo to go back to his original description in game. :(
