What are the chances? 6-star Hero Crystals

Since war rewards were released about 15 minutes ago, 3 alliance members opened regular 6 star hero crystals and all 3 pulled Superior Iron Man. What are the odds of that happening? That seems like a bug to me. Any one else having this issue with the 6 star hero crystal?

    1/24 chance per crystal. I don't understand why people think every result has to be different.

    There is no information here to demonstrate an issue or any reason to believe this is a bug.
