*1 will the new wave of 5* drop on September 1st or another date?

*2 will they be dropping a energy bundle this month or while they withhold that due to them dropping the the cost of act 4?

1. Probably the 5th I would imagine though Tuesdays maintenance could also add them early as we are on the cusp of September anyways, but likely they will be added the first Tuesday of a month when they do a scheduled maintenance.
2. Unknown these things usually just show up and I doubt Act 4 energy reduction will sway it either way as I figure the energy bundles are targeted to those planning legends runs in event quests I imagine.
