Took that modok and pheonix path
Had two full energy on that path.
After finishing no rewards...
Kindly look into this matter.

Check your Inventory, or probably your Stash since we’ve been getting so many lately.
See if your Stash has 2 refills expiring out at the far end, approx from when you ran that quest.

From another thread, someone was discussing how Small Refills now go into the temporary Quest Stash (what shows up when you finish a quest), whereas Full Refills are still awarded to your actual Inventory as soon as you pass them (like all Potions do).

Full Refills might be the only items on these MoleMan Quests that might still be awarded to you immediately (so would NOT show up in the Quest Finish Screen).

Yes, any Heals or Revives in other quests, as well as (used to be any type)of Energy Refills, would be useable right away even without finishing Quest.

And then recently, just the Small Energy Refill started going to the Quest-Finishing area instead. Others still useable right away.

So in fact towards end of month when all finished with Monthly Quests, you could browse thru them one last time and see if any Heals/Revives are close to the beginnings (to grab and then exit quest, without wasting time finishing the quest). They won’t respawn again in that quest though for next time unless you actually finish a quest, but at least you grabbed one.

Yeah i got them. They were added on items. I have two extra. So it's fine. I got them. Thank you for the assist.
