What if
We were able to dex 3rd special attack like champs would throw in an attack like a punch,weapon attack or projectile which is unblockable but can be dexed . If we are struck by attack then only we would be affected by 3rd special.

One thought. How would you dex winter soldiers, war machines or any other long and complex sp3s. It wouldn’t make sense for some attacks to be impossible to dex, just worth removing the feature after a few months
