Update Not Dowloading

Perhaps this is a problem for Apple and not Kabam--but the update is not downloading for me. It's been "updating" for about a half hour and it's not even 10% done.

Anybody else having this issue? Is there anything that can be done?

Same for me, i am on andriod.

Still can't download the update. After restarting the download, my phone has been attempting to download it for about 45min now and has only gotten about 5%.

iPhone 6+. Reset my router and modem. No idea what the issue is.
