Awakening Gems [Closed]

I just purchased the 4 star awakening gem deal. I have updated the game, logged in and out, restarted etc. The purchase does not show up. Could someone please assist me

Hey @Bronx425. I'm sorry to see that you're having issues with your Awakening Gem. This isn't something we would be able to assist with from the Forums, so we would ask that you submit a ticket to our Customer Support team. You can do so in the game by tapping on the gray Gear icon in the top left corner, then choosing Support. Thanks for your understanding.
