Clean up forums by moving the stars and post numbers

There is an awful amount of threads that have been derailed with needless comments that give the comentees (?) endless opportunities to reply and further derail threads - in most cases this is just so they can get this higher ranking. I've seen this been used to laud over other members of the community but these contributors often have a low level of progression in the game and are infact detrimental to the game.

They can have their 'rewards', but lets just move them to profiles.

I don't think anyone really gives a **** how many stars anyone has.

I have the 5* dupe ranking and I could care less if I had it or not. It has no bearing on how much I comment on a thread.
