6.3.1 Mesmerize/Pilfer Regeneration Bug

Hello Kabam,
I'm currently working on Act 6 Exploration and decided to start on 6.3.1. I took the mesmerize/pilfer regeneration path and used the appropriate boost (Eternal's Boon). However, as you can see in the image below, the boost doesn't seem to be working as intended. I have the passive true strike buff, the "evade failed" text pops up yet I still get stunned. This happened with all of the champions I faced. Any way this can be looked into @Kabam Miike? Thank you!

they also closed the thread saying it was fixed in 25.3 which clearly isn't the case
