Tough choice I think.
I think I'm leaning more towards sentinel for varient but I do like HT and I have 5/65 Omega Red and a 6* Killmonger to go with void

    6* Torch is a great choice for certain fights even unawakened...he owns mystics.

    The variants give a 5* rank up gem 4 > 5
    Don’t know where you are in the game, but 4 variants are 4 rank up gems, might be worth the risk
