I can't claim my previous alliance war rewards

Dear Kabam, I'm a huge fan of your game however I can't seem to claim my rewards from the previous alliance war. Every time I tap or press claim the screen just reloads. Can you please address this issue? Hoping for your kind consideration. Thank you very much

@Voltaic it's a visual glitch that seems to occur at random. I've had that happen more times than I can count now. You get the rewards the 1st time you tap 'claim.' They just refuse to go away for whatever reason. The way to be sure they got allocated is to goto your stash and check the 'rewards' tab. If they're no longer in there, you have them.

If they are still there, try claiming them there. If they still refuse to be claimed, try opening a Support Ticket. Which I've never seen it come to that, but anything is possible. If necessary, tap the Gear icon in the upper left corner of the home screen in game. Tap the green Support button. Find and fill out the appropriate sections, then send it out.
