    My guess is there's some dev account somewhere that contains him on the live server, and the arena system sniffed it out and stuck it into the Kang team.

    I fought him as a 6* defender on the live server as well. He doesn’t seem like that great of a defender btw.

    Not until he gets 500% health, +75% attack & health, +20% physical resistance, stun immunity, 100% power gain, +100% attack health, +150% health, generates power when striking blocking opponents, reduced stun, and other final boss buffs.
