First r5 5*

Hey all,
Currently stuck in a bit of a dilemma on who to make my first r5 5*.
My main options are:
Domino awakened sig 100 - but I only have RULK as a 4* and no massacre
Corvus unawakened - have 5* Proxima to go with for synergies
Ghost unawakened - have 5* Wasp for synergies
Other options which are currently r3 are Warlock (unawakened) and CMM (unawakened), or to wait a little longer and r2 my 6* Torch, but my main team is the above.
Where I am in the game is I have got Cavalier status a few weeks ago, so am currently looking to finish exploring Act 5 and to start on the Variants, until I eventually pull Aegon to try LOL. Doing Map 5 modified in AQ but current team is fine for that.
