Mysterio/Old Man Logan possible bug

The "No...not you..." synergy is as follows:

No matter how many times I try to find a difference in Mysterio's reflection gas when using this synergy, I find nothing. He doesn't regenerate any more health that before. I hope that posting this can help the game team know about a possible issue in the game.
