Receiving ticket from kabam

So i sent a ticket for some questions and they said they will get to me in 24 hours. well, its been 26 hours and i have yet receive any emails back from kabam. Whats the point of me sending a ticket when you cant be truthful about you facts. I hope you take this seriously because by saying that you have peoples hope. but now i have no hope.

    The response tends to be a pre set response from a bot first anyway so I don’t think that’s playing a part

    Process can be slow and drawn out. I’d wait another day before I got anxious. You can always submit another ticket in a couple of days if you’ve gotten absolutely zero response.

    Also: check your spam folder.
